Fascia, Interoception and Self-Care
with Dr. Carol Davis
Self-care, both as an individual and as a practitioner, is a vital tool for maintaining well-being. This becomes particularly relevant in challenging times.
Dr. Carol Davis has worked for many years in the field of professional interactions in health care, ethics, empathy and using the self as a therapeutic presence with patients.
