Dr. Carol Davis has worked for many years in the field of professional interactions in health care, ethics, empathy and using the self as a therapeutic presence with patients.
In this presentation, Carol elaborates on the connection between fascia and interoception and show ways of increasing somatic and emotional granularity and awareness. ‘Fascial Self-Care’ allows for a conscious relationship of self with our body, with others and with Self.
